description: PASDA Map Service that includes the Topographic Wetness Index (TWI) database for the whole PA, in a 3 m cell resolution. PASDA Map Server: https://imagery.pasda.psu.edu/arcgis/rest/services/pasda/PSU_DEP_TWI/MapServer If you want to see areas that can retain more water and the "flow routing effect" as shown in the image below, we suggest doing the following: 1. Select the ArcGIS Online map viewer option: View In: ArcGIS Online map viewer 2. Once the ArcGIS map viewer is open, zoom in to your area of interest. There is a scale dependency of 1:100,000 to display the TWI data. Since it is a very large database, all the layers cannot be displayed at a county boundary level at the same time. Zoom in on the map to see the TWI data (shown in yellow). 3. Click on the three dots from the "PSU_DEP_TWI" layer and select Transparency. We suggest to set transparency to about 60-70% 4. Change the basemap. Go to the Basemap Gallery tab and Select "Imagery" as the Basemap. ____________________________________________________________________________ I’ll work on generating a tool that creates a binary classification as shown below.
